As our campus is located in an exciting urban environment, right in the heart of downtown Austin, UATX does not offer a formalized meal plan. All student apartments have brand new, full kitchens, and students often enjoy cooking for each other and hosting dinners together. The University also hosts a catered community dinner every Wednesday on campus before our weekly lecture series, and each week features a different theme to celebrate the vast cultures and cuisines of the world.
Students are welcome to purchase meal plans at partnering nearby dining halls and the university has also partnered with local vendors and restaurants for student discounts near campus and student housing.

UATX welcomes prospective students and their parents to visit us here in sunny Austin, Texas. Students interested in a visit must schedule this in advance with the Office of Admissions.
