For students and resident assistants participating in our on-call and emergency contact systems:

    • Safety and security-related notifications
    • Essential university services and operations
    • Direct communication between authorized university personnel (including resident assistants) and students
    • Administrative and academic notifications

We explicitly commit that student contact information and communication records will:

  • Never be used for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes
  • Never be shared with third parties except as required for the operation of essential university communication systems
  • Only be accessible to authorized university personnel who require access for official duties

Students may opt out of non-emergency communications while remaining enrolled in critical safety and emergency notifications.
