All items purchased from the University of Austin (hereafter UATX) Store are made to order; we don’t maintain inventory. It may take a few business days for your order to be produced.
Currently we only offer standard shipping within the United States. The costs of shipping and any taxes are included in the list price: you only pay what you see advertised on our product pages.
Returns may be made within 30 days of placement of the order. Since all items are made to order, exchanges may not be possible.
Please notify us at our customer service email of receipt of any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 72 hours of receipt so that replacement may be arranged as soon as possible.
